Welcome to our guided new moon journaling exercise! Moon rituals are one of our favorite pieces of self-care, they provide built in check ins at least twice a month to allow us to release what no longer serves us (full moon) and identify our desires and create pathways to creation (new moon).
Creating updates to your belief systems about yourself – how you think about who you are and what you are capable of, is essential in supporting your desires. The new moon is a great time to do that and this new moon particular is all about transformation, truth and communicating with our own energy blocks – i.e. understanding what is keeping us from receiving what we truly desire.
